Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email. An account keeps all your orders in one place.
How do I pay?
By card, or by bank payment where offered, through Stripe's secure checkout: we never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
Is a piece kept for me while I pay?
Yes. When you go to checkout, the pieces in your bag are set aside for 30 minutes so no one else can buy them.
How do I find my size?
Open the size guide on any piece with sizes: choose your country to see your usual size, with foot length or body measurements.
Delivery and returns
Where is my order?
We email the tracking number when it ships. You can also track an order with its number and your email.
How much is delivery?
It's complimentary. Shipping lists where we ship and how long it takes.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See Returns.
