Privacy policy

This site is run by [business name], [business address] (“Ivorre”, “we”). For anything about your data, write to privacy@ivorre.com.

When you order: your email, shipping address and the pieces you bought. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

If you create an account: your name, email and a securely hashed password.

If you sign up for La Lettre Ivorre: your email, to send you news of new collections until you unsubscribe.

To keep the site working and secure: your IP address, briefly, to limit repeated sign-in attempts; and, if a page fails to load, a report of the error with the page address and your browser type.

On your device only: your bag, the pieces you've saved and viewed, your preferred size region, country and language. See Cookies.

To process and deliver your orders, send order and account emails, answer your requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Only the services that run the shop for us: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (emails) and the carriers who deliver your order, each for that purpose only.

Orders are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@ivorre.com. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
