Returns

Pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Open Track an order with your order number and email (or choose Return pieces in My account), pick the pieces and tell us why. We'll confirm the return by email and send the instructions; [who pays return shipping].

To exchange a piece, return it and order the size or colour you'd like: we refund the first as soon as it's back.

Once the piece has arrived and been checked, we refund it to the original payment method and email you. Depending on your bank, a refund can take 5–10 business days to appear.
